You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password, including any charges that may be made to your account when you use our online payment services.

Therefore, do not disclose your password or your username to any third party. If you believe that your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password on the platform. For the present policy, personal information means, any information that can be used to personally identify you, such as your name, age, telephone number, email address, residential, mailing or other physical address, financial information such as credit card or debit card information, or other information required in order to provide the Services including, but not limited to, the address of your property(ies), the name of your tenant(s), information regarding the rental of your property(ies), your IP address, your geolocation information, or any other personal information that allows us to provide you with the services described in the following paragraph (collectively, “Personal Information”).

Information use

The personal data collected on the website will be used solely for the purposes specified in this policy or indicated on the relevant pages of our site. Bloc Solutions does not use your data beyond what is outlined in this Policy.

Bloc Solutions may collect and use your personal information for the following purposes:

  • To provide our landlord-tenant relationship management services,
  • To create and manage your online account on the website,
  • To personalize and enhance your experience on our website,

Bloc solutions is an online platform dedicated to property management and landlord-tenant relationship management. The Services allow property managers and building owners (“Managers”) to manage their rental properties. Bloc solutions provides a platform that facilitates, simplifies and improves communication between Managers and tenants. The Website provides a platform for Managers, their employees and tenants to communicate directly with each other through the Website and the mobile application. Users can receive email notifications, notifications and/or SMS messages. Bloc solutions requires that Managers establish different authorization levels to ensure that only authorized individuals have access to required information. Information provided by tenants will only be shared, as required, with Managers and those who are explicitly authorized to have access.

Bloc Solutions may disclose user data to any duly authorized employee of Bloc Solutions who reasonably requires access to such data to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy.

Minors Our products, services, and website are not intended for minors under the age of 15. We do not knowingly collect information from minors under the age of 15. No minors under the age of 15 should access our services. If it comes to our attention that we have collected personal information from a minor under the age of 15 without the consent of a legal guardian, we will cease collecting such information and will destroy it.

Management and deletion of your Personal Information

We will not share your Personal Information with third parties without your permission, except in the following circumstances:

  • When we need to send the information to a third party or person retained by Bloc solutions to perform certain functions on our behalf (such as payment processors, investigative processors or security system providers). Deleting your account will result in the deletion of any information collected and freely provided by you.
